We have used the services of Costanza and David for half a dozen years, and only the sale of our villa, have brought this welfuncktioning and happy arrangement to an end.
We have had full confidence in the way David and Costanza has looked after our guests, being it the preparation of the villa prior to new guests arrival, and maintenance and repairs as and when needed. If guests have had problem during their stay, they have been dealt with in a courteous and prompt way.

We first met Costanza and David in 2010 and they have been looking after our property ever since.
They are an extremely hard working, trust worthy, pro-active and friendly couple who can pretty much turn their hand to anything. David is very skilled at most things – pool cleaning, building, land management and general property maintenance. If there is anything he can’t do (and there is not much) he has very good local contacts and can usually find someone who can.
Costanza is brilliant at turning the property into a sparkling clean and welcome home. It is always so wonderful to come back to such a lovely welcome. She works hard to clean the property ready for rentals with sometimes not much of a window between guests. We always receive great feedback on how welcoming, friendly and helpful they are, from people who have stayed at our property. When we return home we always feel confident that the property is being well looked after and is in safe hands.
We were extremely confident using Puglia SOS for the construction of our pool and side extinction as David has extensive building knowledge and a wide range of construction skills. David and Costanza make a great team and worked continuously to complete the building in good time. Their communication was great and regular photo updates helped the project run smoothly, meaning that there was no need for us to visit to monitor progress which was hugely advantageous. David worked hard to find competitive prices for materials which really helped to keep costs low but not compromising on quality. We are really pleased with the finished product - it’s made a huge difference.
